Conference Space
The conference will take place in Multi-hall, Seminar Rooms and Forest Rooftop
Forest Multi-Hall
Forest Multi-Hall is where the talks will take place. The hall is a large event space with big windows with views to Nodeul Forest.
Seminar Rooms A , B, C
Each seminar room is a space with 2-seater desks arranged in rows, surrounded by windows overlooking Nodeul Forest. All workshops and sponsored talks will be given here. When not in use, you can freely use the space to take breaks or eat.
Live interpretation and captioning
All events in Forest Multi-Hall will be interpreted live to English and Korean, and live-captioned in Korean.
Noise, sound, and lights
There will be light and music in the Multi-Hall, but there wonβt be any flashing light effects.
If youβre coming with children
Childcare
Childcare service is available upon request during the ticket purchase. If you requested the service, JSConf Korea staff will get in touch with you.
Nursing room
To get to the nursing room, go up to the third floor from the Multi-Hall or Seminar Rooms. Head over via the bridge to the western side of Nodeul Island, and come down to the first floor. The nursing room is located next to Music Lounge, within the same building.
Food
A Korean lunchbox will be provided for lunch. There is a vegan option for attendees who indicated that they are vegan during ticket purchase.
You are welcome to eat and drink in the Seminar Rooms and anywhere on Nodeul Island, except inside Forest Multi-Hall.

First-aid
A first-aid kit will be available at the conference venue. If you are suffering a minor injury or pain, ask one of our staff members for first-aid medicine.
If you require other medicine, the nearest pharmacy is below. There will be a few other options near it as well.

To navigate in South Korea, we highly recommend using KakaoMap (Play Store, App Store) or NAVER Map (Play Store, App Store).
Bus

Get off at Nodeul Island stop and enter through Gate 6.
Subway
Line 1: Exit through Exit 1 of Yongsan Station, go to Shinyoungsan Station (03-004), and get on the bus toward Nodeul Island. Get off at Nodeul Island stop(03-340).
Line 4: Exit through Exit 3 of Sinyongsan Station, move to Sinyongsan Station (03-004), and get on the bus toward Nodeul Island at Yongsan Station. Get off at Nodeul Island stop (03-340).
Line 9: From Exit 2 of Nodeul Station, walk 600m toward Hangang Bridge, and get off at Nodeul Island bus stop (03-340).
Parking
Nodeul Island has limited parking space, so please use public transportation as much as possible.
The parking fee for Nodeul Island is 1,000 won for the first 30 minutes (minimum rate) and 300 won per every additional 10 minutes. The maximum rate per day is 15,000 won.
